Posters

Posters will be presented in A0 format: 84 x 120 cm (portrait)

The poster setup session is planned for Sunday evening or Monday morning before breakfast.

Please prepare 1-2 slides with introduction and advertisement for your poster. You will be given 2 minutes (a strict limit) to attract people to go and see your poster afterwards. These short presentations will happen before each poster session and they will be evaluated together with posters for a poster prize. Please do not try to show all information from the poster including results in this brief presentation.

Presentations

PDF format is the most compatible format if the presentation does not include animations or videos. PowerPoint files are also accepted; however, a PDF version needs to be provided as a backup in case of compatibility issues.

Presentation equipment

All presentations will be run on a central laptop provided by the local commitee.

Presentation submission

Presentations should be submitted not later than the day before the allocated time-slot.

To submit your presentation and ensure it runs correctly on the provided laptop, please contact any member of the local committee. The presentation can be submitted on a USB key or by email.

Compatibility tests

• Morning sessions : at the end of the previous afternoon session
• Afternoon sessions : during the lunch break on the same day.
