
The social dinner will take place on Wednesday the 3rd of September at 19h, in the “Pierre Avoi” room of the “Bains de Saillon” restaurant.
During the registration process, the menu can be chosen according to the following two options:
MENU 1:
Starter (Entrée) : Gaspacho
Main dish (Plat principale) : Beef rib steak (Entrecôte de bœuf)
Dessert : Chocolate fondant (Fondant au chocolat)
MENU 2:
Starter (Entrée) : Salmon tartare (Tartare de saumon)
Main dish (Plat principale) : St. Jacques Risotto
Dessert : Crème brûlée
The cost is 110 CHF, beverages are included.
Allergies and/or intolerances, and/or special regimes (vegetarian / vegan) can be indicated in the registration form.
After the dinner, from 22h to 1h, the “Bastide” room is booked for the symposium participants and will be available to enjoy the rest of the evening (drinks will be on charge of the participants).
